I read MREA and E-Myth for Real Estate Agents so many times thinking I was a “failure”. Why couldn’t I keep agents, why wasn’t I profitable, how in the world do I get a break and leverage without a team. (I mean that’s what I kept being told.)
It’s almost been a year since Jason bluntly asked me what my life goals were and really made me think about those. I’ve closed more transactions (almost 30 YTD) than ever before in my 10 year real estate career and I can honestly say I’m loving my career, I’m excited everyday and I don’t look like or behave like a crazy agent trying to get my next hit or high.
Before you I had no idea how addicted I was to my notifications, how detrimental the notifications were to not only me, but to my friends and family. It’s been about 6 weeks since I eliminated them all and it’s been a breath of fresh air.
